Joe Cibellis

Joe Cibellis is a devoted Oceanside resident whose steady presence and heartfelt dedication have made him a vital part of the community. As Vice President of the Oceanside Community Warriors, Joe is deeply involved in local cleanups, beautification projects, and initiatives that inspire civic engagement.
His leadership was recognized by the Oceanside Kiwanettes, who presented him with their Leadership Award for his tireless dedication to service and community-building. Joe is especially passionate about engaging young people, leading by example to show how small actions can make a big impact.
In addition to his work with the Warriors, Joe is a proud member of the Oceanside Kiwanis Club and a committed supporter of The Love Ava Project, a local initiative honoring Ava Salonia and raising awareness for pediatric cancer. Joe supports the project with the same heart and humility he brings to all of his volunteer work—always showing up, always making time, and always spreading love through action.
Whether he’s coordinating events, planting flowers, or quietly supporting a neighbor in need, Joe’s consistent presence reflects his deep belief in kindness, action, and service.
