Bob Transom

Bob Transom is a lifelong Oceanside resident and seasoned community leader whose public service has spanned decades. He has been a dedicated trustee of the Oceanside School District since 1997, including serving three terms as Board President during his tenure.
Professionally, Bob spent over 40 years working in real estate specializing in property and construction management. He is now retired from that field and continues to devote his time to community betterment as President of Realty Construction Consultants, Inc., where he provides hands-on expertise in owners’ representation for commercial construction projects

Bob’s passion for service extends across multiple local organizations. He has been a past president of the Oceanside Kiwanis Club and serves as president of Oceanside Community Service, which connects residents with vital volunteer efforts throughout town.

Within the Oceanside, Bob is a steadfast presence—helping coordinate local events, supporting families in need, and inspiring others to participate. Colleagues and friends often praise his genuine dedication and collaborative spirit, qualities that have made a lasting impact on Oceanside.
