Biagio Rosano

Biagio Rosano is a dedicated public servant and active member of the Oceanside community. As a committed member of the Oceanside Community Warriors, Biagio supports a wide range of local initiatives—from beautification projects to community events—always stepping up where help is needed.

Biagio also serves as Treasurer of the Oceanside Kiwanis Club, where he helps guide local service projects and youth programs, and is an elected Commissioner for the Oceanside Fire District, contributing to the safety and preparedness of the community.

Whether he’s volunteering at a cleanup, managing community finances, or representing Oceanside in a civic leadership role, Biagio is known for his steady leadership, strong work ethic, and heart for service.
